Help you child in Anger Management
Anger is part of a human condition. It is often linked with other emotions. As parents, when our children get angry we get concerned and helpless at times. Instead, empower yourselves to help your child manage his anger. Learn how to understand your child, to handle power struggles with your child and to teach your child to express his anger positively. The workshop will address the following:

  • Reasons for anger
  • Recognising Anger in children
  • Managing your emotions
  • Strategies in helping our children
